Firma BLANCO so sídlom v Oberderdingenu (SRN) bola založená v roku 1925 ako súkromá rodinná firma. Už od svojho založenia sa firma špecializovala na spracovania nerezových materiálov a výrobu zariadení pre gastronómiu.
V súčasnosti zamestnáva firma BLANCO približne 1200 zamestnancov a patrí k najrenomovanejším firmám pôsobiacich v oblasti spracovania nerezových materiálov a výrobe gastronomických zariadení. Má dcérske firmy nielen v Európe, ale aj v zámorí. Výroba je dnes sústredená do 3 výrobných miest v Nemecku (Oberderdingen, Sulzfeld a Sinsheim) a do 2 výrobných miest v zahraničí (Kanada a Česká republika).
